So, I want a bidimensional representation of an area filled with large quantities os trees.
Is there some way to do that similar to the picture attached ?

I would use a filled region to represent this. I definitely would not model it.

If all you need is an abstract representation of a region in planview, than you should use the filled region. However if you need to plan the garden it's important to use planting families in the right scale. When you use such planting families you can check the space required for an adult tree, and you can evaluate the views and the shadows casted from the trees over your outdoor area and building.
