i found that trees in my project are so heavy - and now found a light tree - that renders good.
can i replace all of them in one click?

yes... you should be able to select all in view, then change together....... if you right click on the tree type you want to change then hit select all in view. you should be able to change them simply then.... the other way would be to use the filter, check none then select the trees that way much the same way you change a wall type

in this manner, maybe i should start replace heave components with autodesk official components with are lighter.
is there anyway in revit to see all the project components sorted by file size (or memory consuming) ?

No, you can not list them items by size.
