We are working on a project and as usual the architect sent us their model. Is it best to copy monitor their walls into our project. I have successfully C/M their levels, and now my main concern is to have a physical wall to put a wall footing under.
My question is, would it be better to CM their walls > change to structural > then put wall footings under them. Or would it be more efficent to simply link in their background and add our own footings underneath them. I know this would not update their furture changes. Any input would be very appericated, have not done this before and I would really like to know the most efficent way to do this.
Thanks
