Formulas are my weakness.  I am creating a key plan for a building and I have 4 areas A, B, C and D.  I want to be able to control the areas so that when one is on the other 3 automatically get turned off.  For example if A is ON then B, C, and D are off; when B is ON then A, C, and D are off.  Can someone shed some light on this for me. I have been going over formulas for a while now it it just eludes me.  Thanks.

You can't really do this if all can be set independently.  You need one control - Area Number_____ ;

Then each of these would be yes no variables

A : Area = 1 etc
