Hi I hid levels using right click and then hide. Knoe how to unhide them?

Tried that, was able to unhide hidden elements but not the level tag and lines!! Any more specific help mappreciated.

Now that you have a more specific question we can be more specific in our answer.  The problem is, you did NOT hide the levels in that view as you said because they don't even show up!  Otherwise, they would show when you use the light bulb.

 

Your problem is the levels don't intersect the view.  Find a perpindicular section and look where the levels end.  Drag them over until they would intersect your view plane in the other view - now they will show up.

. . . and just to further WW's notes. In order for any Datums (levels, grids or reference planes) to show up in a view the Datums '3D Extents' 'must' intersect the view itself. Floor plans have 'cut planes' and sections and callouts have 'clipping planes'. These cut planes and clipping planes must intersect the datum for the datum to show up in the view.

 

Also be aware that Datums have 2d and 3D extents. It's the 3D extents we need to work with.
