Inserting sweep based on a profile in a door family.  The sweep does not seem to be moving with the door relative to the depth of the wall.  I've drawn reference planes with locked dimensions to the face of door and then aligned the sweep to its respective panel.  No dice.  Please help.

Please clarify your question. Maybe a plan sketch would help.

Why would the sweep move?

Align and lock the reference plane to the ewall face, then align your element to that reference plane.

You may alkso find using a 'locked' dimension of '0' distance works better than regular aligning and locking.
