I'm building a light housing with a parameter to tilt the fixture up and down. The light itself is the out of box light source as a spotlight.
When I flex the up/down the housing moves just fine but the light will not tilt. What am I missing? Everything is locked to a reference line.
This is in Revit 2013

Check the nested family for "always vertical" setting.
