When making a flat floor in revit there is no problem with the 2d plans.

the patterns (hatches) isn't strangly rotated, and you can always align it with align command.

but if the floor isn't flat - the fight with pattern rotation is endless.

it's just not possible to have a patterns in 2d view with sloped floors.

what's the sulution?

thank you all very much.

i tried to change it to "keep readable" but it does nothing...

no way to do it with annotation somehow? if i do it with "region>>filled region" it hides all components which are on floor. :-(

Are you sure you are using a drafting pattern and not model? A filled region will cover modeled components

yes iam sure. the problem is also shown after render so i'm not sure changing the pattern to drafting will help on render. my main concern is on render.

The material pattern only controls the direction of a model material in a render (if there is one).  And as I said in my other posts, the pattern has to be a model pattern if you want to control the material.  The drafting or model pattern doesn't ever show in a render.
