Hi All,

This is a classic one.

Client wants same file name, but they are split into 3 sheets... like 1 of 3, 2 of 3 & 3 of 3.....therefore he says have 3 tabs in CAD.....now the question is, im doing all my work in Revit 2012 &  want to export later into Autocad...how can i do this.

 

Any tips. Need Help.

Hi, Pls. read my Question again. no answer found in the link below.

Simply, When i export Revit to CAD is there a way of getting 3 Tabs in Autocad instead of three files with different names, my requirement is 3 Tabs in Autocad. so that the file name can remain same for 3 sheets,

As far as I know, there is no way to do this from Revit.  Instead, export both sheets with x-refed views, then in CAD, create the second sheet and tie in the appropriate x-refed views.
