What do you mean moves slowly?
What is your model like? .... Is it over modeled? ...do you have a lot of "heavy" planting elements?
What is your file size?
You may have to turn off hardware acceration.

It's not over modeled, it's just dealing with a portion of the city while detailng a megastrutre inside it.
action like zooming in or change view or even just pan in 2d mode is taking a lot of time
as u suggested beafore i splitted the project to workset.
but still, it moves slowly.
i have 18RAM and im going to change it to 24RAM soon,
my question is about the video card, i wonder what's that impact of "untested" video card (like mine GTS 450) has on revit
