Hi everyone,

Where would I post this?

I am a student and for class we need to create an axonometric wall section but with the layers of the walls stepped/pulled back to show each layer of material.

Is there a way to do this in Revit without rebuilding it and splitting every material?

Thanks

In Revit 2014 you can create displaced building views

Thanks. We are using 2013 but I will try to get 2014.

Although, I am not sure this will do what I need, this is more of an exploded view (at least the example). I need the building to stay as one and make cuts through different spots for each materail.  I will try to find an example.

thanks again

Parts and assemblies may be what you need:

kind of like this, the way the grade is cut further back but I need to do it with each change in material.
