teafoe5 site moderator\|\|\| Joined: Fri, Nov 12, 2010 1749 Posts	All of the rebar in revit is round, I'm assuming you are talking about detail components. You can create any TYPE of rebar you want just load in the rebar, click edit type>duplicate and rename it to R10 or whatever you need and change your size accordingly.
