can we change the doors tag's name by changing one door tag as we change in windows tag?

There are instance properties and type properties that can be used with Revit families.  Your window tags are set to read a type property.  Thus all types are set the same.  Typical door tags read the instance property.  You can edit the tag to read the type property instead but be aware of what you are doing because this is not typical.
