Is there a way to model columns in one piece from first level to the last, but to count their volume classified by floor or by phase. (Making each floor a phase ) ? ?

If you model it as one column it is only one column.  If you want it to read as more than one column you need to create more than one column.  You need to model it as it is actually going to be built.
