I am currently working on an As-built project which has a stair with the first tread that curves around.. Currently, I am using filled region to show it in floor plan. However, I'd like to know if Revit can do such stairs.

 

ps: I've included a screeshot of what I did.

You would create that first tread seperately from the rest of the stair.

No need to sketch it seperately.  Just pull the boundry line bak to the second riser and add your riser line arc.  See attached.

Missed that ....

but basically still the same except the riser has to return along the stringer as I have done in the attached.
