Using Revit 2013
I've used many items from the site which insert into the project looking perfect.
Then there are some items (so far every vehicle I've tried) that have their entire surface covered in a diamond grid pattern. Sometimes this pattern is grey, sometimes bright blue.
How do I remove this? I have tried altering settings in 'Override Graphics in View' but nothing changes.
I am still a new user so I don't know what else to try.
Thanks for any help!!!

You can change the material of the family either in the actual family or in the Project. The diamond grid that you are seeing is part of how the family was made, i'm assuming it was created in sketchup or some other program so that cannot be turned off. It will not show up if you render the view.
