Hi All, I'm currently trying to create a Piled retaining wall. Basically it consists off allot of cylindrical concrete piles placed side by side. I was wondering if it was possible to create a wall like this using and editing a system wall family. I know I can add profiles as sweeps that extrude horizontally as I draw my system wall. However, I'm wondering if theres a way to place the profiles so that they extrude vertically show a circular pile profile in plan view? If I can't i'll have to do it as a family. Hope someone can help!

A family is your best option. You cannot edit system families.

If you don't need parametric data like number of "piles", then I would just do thes as thick walls and add an in-place void to create the shape.  Similar to the process I describe here for log walls but vertical voids instead of horizontal:
