Can anyone help me out it
This situation:
A central model file was created in a Revit structure 2013 x86 (windows xp). other Users with Revit structure 2013 x64 (windows 7) need to access & modify the central file but it only opens but could not save or take ownership of any workset.
Is there a fix or an updated for this?

You should rarely take ownership of an entire workset. Are you getting any errors? Are you sure its a central file? If its a central file and someone owns all of the worksets you need them to sync and release the worksets.

You should not be editing the central anyway, always open with create a local checked.
And as tefoe says... Is it really a central file?
