You loaded the Kitchen layout? What do you mean you inserted a CAD dwg? Your question/process is not clear.

Sorry but we don't know what you are talking about.
What is "kitchen layout"? I have no idea.
What do you think you exploded. It must be CAD because you can't "explode" Revit items.

Ok. I found the kitchen cabinets here, on RC, I opened it and loaded into my project . I only needed some part of it, so before loding into my proect I deleted what I didn't need. Thats what meant by "explode". I dont think it matters, anyway. All I want to do is to rotate the cabinest at 90 degree and its not working...

Process is very important and the better you communicate the easier it is to get an answer.
If you are talking about base cabinets and rotating them in plan view, they should rotate in plan just fine.
If you are talking about wall cabinets, I believe they may be hosted and you need a host to rotate them in plan.
If you are tryning to rate in elevation (you don't say) then that is a whole other issue.

Are you trying to rotate them in the project? Your still not giving us enough information. You should be able to just click on the base cabinet and hit the rotate command and rotate however you want. If you cannot it is a problem with the family you have, which you don't tell us anything about. Is the cabinet a floor based family? Like WWHub said if it is wall based family you need to host it to a different wall. Attach the family you have for us to look at. Its either a problem with the family or your process.
