Is there a way to show the correct thumbnail when you load the (nested) family to the project?
I have a door family with several (nested) door panel types (vision glass, solid, halft glass, etc), the issue begins in the project when I want to select a different door type, the thumbnail preview doe not change per the panel type. It only shows the same door panel when I saved the family.

While in family editor, you can do a save as and in the save as popup, you click on options and choose what view your family thumbnail is to be. I'm not sure it's what you want but it's handy if you have a family library and you want every thumbnail to be orientated the same.
