When i export dwg-files from Revit i get multiple layers that are empty. Why does Revit export empty layers?

..A follow-up question. In the attached image you can se a layer called: A-DETL, where in Revit do i change the color of this item/layer?

Changing color for imported dwg files are similar as mentioned in the link here.

Its not imported files. Well some of them are but they are the color they should be.
The "A-DETL"-Layer contains a Detail item made in Revit. Where do i change the green color of this layer in Revit?
