Does anyone have a dummy elevation tag they would be willing to share with me?

We are doing a project that is partially drawn in Revit (plans, sections, exterior elev) and partially drawn in AutoCAD (interior elevations & details).  Therefore, I need a a tag which would allow me edit the sheet and elevation numbers.

Why do that?  Just add a dummy sheet - cut your elevation and place the dummy view on the dummy sheet.
