I have a single slope roof that slopes from 14' to 20'. My levels in the project are Level 1 (0'-0") and Roof (14'-0"). I can't for the life of me figure out the view range for my roof plan. I am not new to Revit, but I always have difficulty with view ranges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My problem is it is either cutting halway through the roof, or it's cutting and showing portions of the wall I don't want to see. I am highly frustrated and ready to DRAW it which I'm totally against.

Attach an image of your view range.  If your roof slopes up to 20' you need to put your  Top at something like 25', Cut at 22', bottom at say Associated Level 0' and same for view depth.

thanks TeaFoe. I called an old colleague and figured it out! I had created a roof plan from a RCP and not a floor plan. GOOD TO KNOW!!!! I won't be making that mistake twice!
