if you have a wall with multiple layers, is there a way to cutaway a layer? see jpg

If, like your elevation, you are trying to show two different types of walls in your facade. One main wall with brick and one central panel with render, the simply create the main brick wall over the entire area, cut out the feature panel using cut profile and then drop in the second wall type into the hole. Th second wall type being the render finish. You will need to align the internal faces and where the render face sits in relation to the brick face is up to you.

convert to part and exclude the finish layer
show original: shows the finish layer
show part: shows the core only
