Hi! I am using Revit Architecture 2013. I would like to make a "demo legend" to show existing wall lines vs demolished wall lines (dashed) vs existing doors, vs demolished doors, etc.

I created the legend sheet but I cant drag and drop or copy and paste any of my "symbols" into the legend sheet.

Thanks,

Rob

Your right.  For some dumb reason, we can't use symbols in a legend.

Place them in a model view and use freeze view to change to detail lines which you can then copy/paste into your legend.

WWHUB,

HOW DO YOU USE "FREEZE VIEW" TO CHANGE TO MODEL LINES? I ATTACHED A SCREEN IMAGE OF WHAT I HAVE (STANDARD WALL, DEMO WALL, STANDARD DOOR IN PLAN, DEMO DOOR IN PLAN.

THANKS AGAIN,

ROB

OK ... This extensiuon just exports the item to CAD then re-imports it into a drafting view.  You can do the same thing manually.
