Well,
I just got a 256 ATI Graphics card, 2g of Ram, and a new 64 bit processor....you would think my days of Rendering crashes would be over....Now I get a low memory warning...what the....I bet the veiw I chose is hefty , but that is why i bought all those components
Perplexed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe it has to do with the fact that I am trying out XP 64x, as Drivers are a curse for this platform.....any thoughts?

yes, I would say this is your problem, I would install the 32 bit version as well as your 64, you can dual boot, see if you still get the problem.
did you install the latest driver?
are you on a network?
