It has been well noted that certain sub-categories like fascias and gutters can not be tagged with multi-category tags. Does anyone know if there is a comprehensive list of all the categories and sub-categories that cannot be tagged. I know keynoting works for these elements, but for some offices managing a keynote file system is not ideal - multi-category tags would be much easier. Any list of these un-taggable categories would be helpful, or suggestions for a tagging system other than keynotes, or note blocks would be appreciated.

Good question. I have never seen or heard of a list of things REVIT cannot tag. As time goes on the tagging process does seem to improve. At one time you could not tag through a link.
As you would know, if you go into the Loaded Tags dialog box it does list all the categories you CAN tag.
