hi, i have reinstalled revit several times, also following the steps for a clean install.

the issue is that for example when i want to edit or create a roof it doesnt have the finish or cancel button, no matter if its an existing proyect or new. this also happens if i want to edit any other object.

the issue started after trying and failing to install revit 2014 trial.

the attached image is an example of creating the roof without the finish or cancel button and its driving me crazy because i cant work on my projects.

i really appreciate the help and thanks in advance

This is due to new software install by trying to install Revit 2014. I think it's the .net stuff. If you were using Revit 2013

you have to make sure your are on latest build of Revit 2013 now also.

Revit 2014 is a bear to install, you may have no other option at this point. I don't have Revit 2013 installed any more

and do know what the latest build is to help you verify. But I am told this problem is due installing Revit 2014 and

Revit 2013 on the same machine.
