Hi,

I created a 3D PDF from my Revit Project and to my surprise I found several families clustered outside my view. I checked visibility, I recounted all my families if I am missing an item. I checked the browser and see if using a "select all instance-entire project" would get them to show. Nope. How serious is this? Can I rely on the quantity count of Revit. I tried expanding section view, crop view, reveal hidden elements, temporary hide, etc., these cluster doesn't show up. I used Bluebeam to create a 3D PDF.

Thanks for shedding any light.

Manny

Did you bring the original model in from another program? i.e. Archicad, Autodesk

We here at 3DA have experienced these problem in the past on converted models from other programs. Could I suggest downloading our trial and trying similar process? www.3dasystems.com or from the Autodesk Exchange App store from your Revit panel.

If we are able to help with your problem further please comment. TY

No. I created everything from scratch. One thing I notice though, I opened one of my other simple revit project ang created a 3d pdf and there is at one point a similar cluster (different stuff - doors, windows, etc.) and those clusters do not appear in my model. This is my first time to create a 3D pdf and never notice something like this in the past. Strange!

I have Autodesk check up the origin of the cluster. I'll post the result later.
