In Revit Structural 2010 - 2012 I was able to make the linked models annotation transparent, but in 2013 its all blocked out. Anybody know how I can make all of the linked models annotation transparent?

Your right .... I did not see that this had gone away.  We always turn off all linked annotations anyway so it didn't bother us.  I have not seen this discussed here before so no answer from me,
