Instead of vertical and horizontal sections, could Revit makes , Arc or curved one...?

Why do yo require such a section? Just curious.

To me, it might be a curved wall with a very detailed tile pattern, which needs to be stretched out with all shapes. and dimensions. That is my guess.

As a cheap work around you could create an in place circular void as shown.
