Hi all

just want to ask if  there is any trick to load a face based family to a legend view? As compared to a normal generic model family, the face based has rotated 90deg from its supposed orientation (floor plan view). any tricks/help?

I doubt you will find an answer to why this is.  There are some legacy issues in the software.  Some early, inconsistent rules.  One of the ones I don't like is front/back in a family.  That causes problems with how the defaut 3D image of the family shows.  For now, we just live with these problems.
