Hello,

I am working in Revit Architecture 2013. I am somewhat new to Revit and need very thorough explanations. I posted something regarding this yesterday and I realize that I need to better explain my situation because I am unable to make an in-place sweep go all the way around. I attached a super quick sketch to get my point across. I need coping around all edges of the roof. Whenever I try to make the in-place sweep go all the way around, I get a message saying "More than one loop not allowed." Notice that wall "A" slopes downwards when it meets wall "B".

Thank you very much,

Margaret Frank

I just need it to appear as if the corners are joined, so if there is any way to "fake" the corner I am willing to do that.

As i said yesterday, this can be an in-place sweep.  Read this in your HELP:

"Creating a Sweep"

Follow this utube but use the edge of all your walls.

Creating an in-place sweep around a corner does not show up in my 3D model; it only shows up when i highlight it.

You need always to tell us enough about what you are doing.  In this case, I am assuming that you are not paying attention to what category you are building the sweep in.  Probably MASS!!!! I have never built a building using mass ... have you?  Put it in the right category.  One that is on in your view.

I'm sorry if this sounds wrong, but we are working in a field that requires communication and so many people come in here that don't communicate well.  Part of that is inexperience in Revit but much of it is just poorly written questions.  We can't see your screen and there are too many ways in Revit to do things wrong.
