I am currently running Revit 2013 but on a new machine, so everything is a fresh install (Google Chrome, drivers, GPU, etc.). The move to 2013 was also recent, so all my files are updated 2012 models. I have successfully used the 360 rendering for months now with the 2012 plugin, but recently the "Adjust Expsure" feature simply doesn't respond. It will load the screen but the image never appears (just the endless loading circle) and the adjustment sliders are frozen.

I have verified that my WebGL is installed, enabled, and working through Chrome. I even downloaded Firefox as a test, but the same issue persists. I know certain GPU's don't support WebGL, but my card isn't listed so it should be good (NVIDIA Quadro 4000). I also verified my Java and Flash, not knowing how the tool is built, but those are all current and enabled as well.

Is this a 2013 issue or a hardware issue? I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!

Have you installed the Service Pack Updates for 2013?

Yes, Release 2 is installed [20121003_21185(x64)], but would that affect how the "Adjust Exposure" tool loads in the cloud?
