On my first floor I want my 2nd floor to be the underlay. However, the 2nd floor underlay shows everything including the doors, cabinets and furniture. Is there a way to only show the roof and and walls greyed?

Why do you want your scond floor as your underlay? This sounds more like a reflected ceiling plan to me, without the ceiling. Eitherway you can just hide the elements that you don't want to see.
