when I render in the cloud many kinds of lights have a rectangle blocking them. sometimes its black, or brown, or white. anyone know why?

The problem is your light suface material - lens and bulb glass if you have those as well.  If it is a solid (non transparent material), it will block your light.  In addition, you will not see it as a light source unless you set the buldb material or the lens to glow.

Correct these materials in the project.

i wouldn't be mad if there was something in the way. i would just delete whatever is in the way. all of these images are using the same lights. some are black even. The last one was rendered on my computer.

Your right - your lights appear to be correct. I did not see your partial view below which I assume is a Revit coarse, render check.

I don't use 360 so I don't know if it has other special problems.  Recheck your light settings for that hall view .

Run a test with daylight off.

I may have found the problem. I do not have time to test and confirm but in switching around the light source definition for the lights the cloud started rendering them right. So I do not know exactly which light sourch definition shapes yeild the proper result, but if others are having this problem, that should be the first thing you try.
