I am modeling a front entry with a circular stair that comes up both sides of the landing.

I used the mirror tool to create the set of steps coming up on the opposite side and come up with a slightly different set on the mirrored side.

The original side has the last tread below the landing, the mirrored side has the last tread level with the landing.

Another problem is that the newel post I am using stands higher on the mirrored side that the oringal.

I have deleted the one side  with all the attached walls and landings and mirrored the thing over and over,

Always get the same outcome.

What is going on??? Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Make sure instance properties of both the stairs are identical - i.e. Base Level, Top Level, Offsets from Level etc.
