I keep trying to put a tub into the 2nd floor level but it stays put to the roof level.  Why?  I can seem to change this. Can anyone figure this out?

More information needed....

What view?

What is the work plane setting?

Where did you get the family?

I'm in the 2nd floor level.  I am trying to insert one of Revit's Tub. I know the tub is hosted to a lower roof level because when I go to the section view it sits lower than my other components.  Cryingthe roof by the way is for the first floor so it's lower than to second floor).  Incidentally I had to move all my components for the 2nd floor because like this tub they keep getting inserted into the lower roof level.  However this tub will not budge.  Must have something to do with the level properties but I dont know what it could be.
