How can I draw this column (rectangle) at Revit?

Yes you can, create a rec. extrusion to create the column then create a VOID with that profile to cut the column.

BTW... you can chage the category of that "structural column" to another cat. you know that right?

thank you so much for your helpings for 2 days. I would like to ask 1 more thing.

 

When I open rendering box I can't see crop at toolbar? do I need to donwload it from somewhere? or do I need to do something else?

What you want to do can definately be done but it cannot be properly explained in a series of back and forth posts on this site.

You need instance and type parameters, voids, solids. sweeps, extrusions etc. . . it's not as easy as ABC
