hi

i recently started with a new company, and their standards for columns under and over are this, under its dashed with no hatch but a thicker line width, over its hatched with a thinner line width, i have managed to get it looking correct on screen but when i go to print it out either to pdf or straight to the printer, it seems as though my columns under get lost and print out correctly. ive attached a file so you can see what i mean. the first part is what it looks like on screen, the second part is what happens when i print. ive tried everything and yup even tried raster and presentation still not correct. if anyone has thoughts on fixing this please it would be greatly appreciated.
