What is the best way to show Acoustic and Fire barriers on your model?

On one of my floor plans I have an existing ceiling and raised floor. We are putting in offices on this floor using relocatable walls which are going from the raised floor to underside of existing ceiling. I need to show where we are putting the acoustic and fire barriers in the ceiling and floor voids above and below these relocatable walls and am not sure how to do this. Do I create a family or just show lines on my plan. It would be good for these to be drawn in a way that they can be measured.

You could place a wall there...from ceiling to structure if you need data from the model.  We don't need that so in some cases, we just show it with a dashed line in ceiling plans and tag it.
