I know there is another post on this, but it didn't help me. I've drawn the cloud and closed it, expecting to see the delta appear to place near the cloud. But the triangle seems to be missing. I've watched videos online and still I have no clue how to fix it. Thanks

You have to tag the cloud - it is not automatically inserted. Annotation tab / tag by category.
