I need some materials, example: site-grass, site-water, site-tarmacadam... Anybody can help me, pls?

Those materials are standard in the original program.  Look under materials.

Like WWhub said those materials are Standard Mat., if you don't have that, that's because something wrong was happened in your instalation.
