So I am creating a new grid head annotation family. It is an ellipse and it is centered on the reference planes in the family as it is suppose to be according to the note that is embedded into the family when its started. Once I put this family into a project I am getting a space between my grid head and my grid line...WHY?
Everything is turned on in the family so there is nothing that should be going outside the ellipse so it shouldn't be that. If i move the ellipse down in the family (guessing the distance) I can get the gap to go away but only for one side of the grid line. Any ideas whats going on?

Well I just noticed that it says the line will trim to the max WIDTH of the drawn elements so if my ellipse is wider than it is high I have the problem I am currently dealing with. I don't think there is a way around this. If there is please let me know.
