HI,

I created a wall foundation by choosing a wall I had, it works fine except that in an opening it has that was created trough editing the profile the foundation show on the top of the opening. as shown in the image

is there a way to change it to not appear in openings???

This looks really strange.  I would think you want a foundation under the glass portion of your wall so shouldn't your wall extend down som and extend under the glass?

the thing is since the wall has that opening, the sliding door is in the back of the wall. so I have an opening and the foundationa goes up automatically. so no, i do not want my wall to go down more.. i guess

This is not a perfect work-around. I hate work-arounds. If you want yo use edit profile to make the opening. you can create the opening as an inner region and leave a 1/128" space  between the top of the footing and the bottom of the wall.

Tanks... I also found that another work around it was to split the wall. that worked find.. a bit annoying though
