Hello, all.

I cannot find any information in Revit's help section about how to manipulate the line weight of a ceiling surface pattern.

If this helps: I'm using Revit 2013, the phase is New construction, and the ceiling pattern is the standard 2' x 2' S.A.T. grid. It's showing up as line weight of 2, but I want it to be line weight 1. Revit suggests right-clicking the "element" and selecting Override Graphics in View > By Element. However, when I select one of the model lines of the pattern and right-click it, the "By Element" part is grayed out. This is driving me nuts. Nothing whatsoever in Object Styles lets me change anything either.

Please help if you know how to change this setting. You'll be saving me a migraine.

A work around is reduce the value in 'Line Weights'. Using V/G you can controll other line weights.

Thank you for the response, but I've already tried everything in View>Graphics that I can think of, and nothing works.

I mean reduce the value in 'Line Weights' from Settings menu i.e 'Manage' tab.
