Hi you All Devil Here and I am new to Revit, with alot fo Questions and even mroe Revit Questions, My First Question thou is this How to Make Gothic Windows, I am wanting to make a gothic Cathedral and I dont knwo where to start, can Revit even be used for Gothic Building Or Old-World Buildings, The Cathedral I am wanting to Build is Many Diffent Types of Gothic Cathedrals all Wrapped up into one A little bit of this, a little bit of that, Now your Probably Asking why woudl I want to Build such a complex Build on the very build I am planing on Doing, the question can be simple to answer, with such a powerful studio as revit and the complexity of Gothic Building I would learn faster and be more productive in modeling than starting out small and working my way up, You start Hard you Learn faster as my Dad Use to say to me, althou as I also use to tell my Dad was then why do you tell me also that you gotta learn to Crawl before you can walk, He would tell me to hush it!! Ahhhhh Good Memories of Childhood, anways  by following hsi pholosophy it does work very well by learning a complex thing you learn faster and far better.  so here it Goes and the First Question to the Thread, How to Make a Gothic Arch, Gothic Windows and Gothic Doors Since there the key elements to any Gothic Build

Sincerly,

Gothic is not different than any thing else.  Learn how to do extrusions and sweeps and you can do gothic.

When I copy an "existing" element it reverts back to "new construction."
