My Friend wants to incorporate Revit into his business, he has a custom home real estate firm, he really wants to see if he
can utilize revit in any way. I have tried helping him with some ideas but nothing seems to work, such as Stills,
walkthroughs and animations with 3Ds.
Any ideas?

Whats not working? What are you trying to accomplish? Renderings are an awesome way for clients to get a visiual of what they are going to get. 3D views can be manipulated in a lot of ways to show interesting views such as 3D sections. A perspective view rendered and put into Photoshop can be used to insert actual photos of the surrounding area to give a "REAL" feel of how the building will look on the property with the surrounding area.
