Hi there. I am currently using Revit 2013 on Windows 7.

Firstly I am wondering if it is possible to link the "Issue" and "Scale" to the Sheet List via the labels used in the titleblock. (Refer to Attached)

At the moment, the "Sheet Name" and "Sheet Number" columns derive from labels used in the titleblock. The "Scale" is a label but is not showing up in the schedule at all. Why is this?

Secondly, I understand why the "Issue" won't show in the schedule, simply because it is text and not a label.  I cannot find a label parameter that works for this instance.

I would like the label to work similarly to the "Sheet Name" and "Sheet Number" labels where you are able to modify the labels info outside of the family and for it to appear in the Sheet List with all the information. At the moment we have to open up the family to change the "Issue" text and it does not appear in the schedule. This means that we manually enter the information, which as you can imagine is time consuming.

If anyone has any information on how to add these labels to the list, could you please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Scale has been discussed many times so search the forums.  Scale is a view property - not a sheet property.

Read your Help (and other resources) on parameters - shared parameters - and project parameters.  That will answer your other questions.

WWHub - I had briefly searched the forums regarding this issue prior to posting my question, however I was unsuccessful in finding any information on explaining how to go about solving my issue.

I will have another look on the forums and in the revit help to see if I can figure out how to solve my question.

Thanks for your help.
