We have 2 printers in our office - one we use for black & white sets and one for color presentations (HP1055). We are finding that we cannot print directly to the HP1055 from Revit without all kinds of errors and misprints. So we have resorted to creating color pdf's then printing them., but this complicates the tweeking color process. IT has installed a new driver, but no luck. Still have the errors. Any suggestions/advice?

Uninstall and reinstall the printer under "printers and faxes" add a new printer - choose network and let it find it for you.

Are you on the latest Revit service pack 2 update for 2012 and or the latest for 2013?

Do you have any "images" in the revit model that its trying to print and are you printing it as vector or raster?
